Flashback

It’s Friday today. TGIF! Yes, I understand that my calendar says otherwise. Please don’t mind that. I’d fix it but I don’t know how. If anyone knows how, please let me know. Those time zones are epically confusing.

Anyways, today was a pretty good day. We had our ecology test. I would say it’s easy, but I’d be lying to myself.  I studied a lot, but clearly it wasn’t enough since most of the questions were not what I studied. Math was pretty fun. Our math teacher thought we needed a break so we basically projected youtube videos onto the screen from his laptop. We were watching clips of random things on youtube. Some videos included: Japanese game show, Billy and his balloon, Cool Math Trick (I know your phone number) and other stuff. You guys can check out those videos. The Japanese game show videos are hilarious. I used to watch a ton of them.

Here’s a link to the funniest Japanese Game Show video:

In history, I got my first Random Act of Reading (RAR) slip. It’s basically this thing at my school to promote people to read. If a teacher catches you reading, they hand you a slip of paper where you fill in your name and student number. You place it in a box, and they’ll draw out a name. The winner gets a $10 gift card to Indigos (the book store). I’m hoping to get more slips to raise the chances of me getting picked. 🙂

Anyways, I was looking through the pictures I took when I was in China this summer. I found some pretty interesting photos that I wanted to post. So take a look:

City of Dreams - Macau

City of Dreams - Macau

City of Dreams is basically an area in Macau that’s filled with Casinos everywhere. Everything there is beautiful though. You can watch a dragon show, go shopping (although everything there is expensive), and .. of course, gamble.

Venice

Venice

Venice is basically a hotel/casino/mall in the City of Dreams. It’s absolutely beautiful there. The picture I took is inside Venice’s mall. As you can see, it’s actually designed to look like Venice. This is where Boys Before Flowers drama (Korean Version) was shot.

Macau Tower

Macau Tower

The Macau tower is basically like the CN Tower of Toronto. It’s obviously not as tall, but it’s still amazing. The picture was taken from inside the tower. Ryo Nishikido from the Japanese boy band, NEWS (my favourite band), went bungee jumping here.

Food

Food

Since I got bored in the hotel room, I decided to go exploring. By exploring I meant: hunting for food. I came back with a bunch of snacks and they were all so good. That bun there is so delicious. I bought it at least 4 more times after that. I would fly back to Macau just to eat another one of those.

Anyways, there are still at least 100 more photos left, but I’m too lazy to upload them.

    • Thank you! This comment totally made my day, haha.
Err .. I wouldn’t say my blog is interesting, but I’m glad you feel that way. It doesn’t take up much time. Maybe just 10 minutes a day.
